Bonneyville Mill County Park
blend of regional history and natural beauty can be found at Bonneyville
Mill County Park. 223 acres of gently rolling hills, woodlands, marshes
and open meadows form a perfect background for the picturesque Bonneyville Mill. Seven
miles of hiking trails meander through the park providing nature enthusiasts
a chance to view abundant wildlife and beautiful wilflowers. A six mile designated mountain bike trail provides mountain bikers a thrilling ride through a wooded and rolling terrain.

In winter, Bonneyville Mill County Park offers cross-country skiers miles of challenging terrain and beautiful scenery making it one of the most popular cross-country ski areas in the region. The park's two sledding hills will provide hours of winter fun for the whole family.
Numerous picnic tables can be found throughout the park and are available for your use. Picnic shelters providing a perfect place for family gatherings, group activities and company events can be reserved.
Your visit to the park will come to life as you participate in one of the many historical and environmental programs offered by the interpretive staff throughout the year.
Bonneyville Mill offers a beautiful, 5.24 mile-long mountain bike trail. The trails feature color codes based on skill level: Green for beginners, Blue for intermediate riders, and Black for experts.
The trailhead is located at the Briar Patch Meadow.
Each shelter at Bonneyville Mill has picnic tables, grills, water and restroom facilities. Playground equipment and horseshoe pits can not be reserved. Reservations made for Monday thru Thursday are half price. Shelters not reserved can be used on a first come basis. Payment for program fees, shelter reservations or Ox Bow Park season passes can be made by cash, check or credit card. Payments by cash or check can be made in person at the Elkhart County Parks Administration office, 211 W. Lincoln Ave, Goshen Indiana. Payment by credit card can be made in person or by phone at
574-535-6458. If paying by credit card a convenience fee of $1.00 or
3%, which ever is greater, will be applied.
All shelters are full price, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & holidays,
Monday - Thursday are half price.
